I stumbled into software development a few years ago while working at a startup, and I’m about to dive in with a brand-new one. Since juggling Airtable and Notion wasn't exactly the picture of efficiency, I was searching for a better fit. Someone mentioned you on Reddit, so I signed up for a trial—and honestly, I'm already impressed. Seriously, how did you know exactly what I needed from Notion, exactly what I needed from Airtable, and exactly what was on the super-secret wishlist that only lives in my head? Suspicious... do I need a tinfoil hat? 🛸

Well, what I'll what I'll start with first is, I am in love with this platform and the team and the brand. And I have been searching for years for something like this. And I think I even came across a video of yours or someone reviewing the platform a couple of years ago, and at that moment, it might have not been in the best state for me to adopt in production. But a couple of weeks, actually, not even that, what, five days left in the trial.So nine days ago, started using it, and it is going to solve very many problems.

Thank you, I know the Fibery team cares about, and listens to users. I can imagine that user-requirement-management must not be easy. And I don’t think you guys make decisions lightly at all - part of the reason why I am here. I rest my case. Your ball, your garden.

I'm an engineer attracted to everything about working better, processing of how to do all jobs. And effectively, you can do everything you want. If you want to create a process, you can do it and automate it. You give me the the tools to make this real what other tools cannot. I'm a proud customer.

I mentioned a few months ago that we tried to use Fibery for a workshop and it was a mess. People were dragging sections around which moved other people's post it notes, plus other problems.It was so bad that people were saying "this was a mistake, next time we should use Miro".We had a new workshop today with more people (~15) and it was a much smoother experience, so it looks like all the whiteboard improvements from the past few months made a noticeable difference.

Honestly, Fibery is the tool I was looking for since years. I never found a great tool to manage my stuff. Fibery helped me to understand better the relation between the objects and it unlocked my mind. Thanks for all your work and also for your webinars.

Why is Fibery not popular enough? And yeah, do you have, do you think, are you a bit enthusiastic about like the sales pipeline? Do you have any plan to conquer the world? Because the product is way better than the machine and people can see that already, I think. And it's like, too bad you don't have that much visibility. I genuinely enjoy Fibery. There are aspects that one needs to get accustomed to, and there are those that are difficult to adapt to. Everything looks a bit different, both visually and logically. Having worked with Targetprocess I've experienced some professional deformation. Therefore, rethinking approaches and understanding how everything should work is interesting to me. +1 for Fibery. It’s a little more time to get up to speed on the UI and how it works, but it transformed my business and is just way better. It replaced Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, and a CRM for me. It also has some way more useful AI features built in, like an AI that writes formulas for you. And the imports are amazing.I’m also liking Coda as a more robust replacement for things I use Notion for still like knowledge bases and personal stuffFibery has a very good and honest comparison guide on their site, or you can ask ChatGPT to create comparisons for you and help with integrations. Also their [Fibery] staff will virtually meet with you for free to get you up to speed and show you how it works.

Are you busy doing these all the time? Because this is a huge element that I didn't see available in other platforms either. Where somebody at the company is able to walk you through your setup. That's such a unique offering that you guys do.

It's night and day different. I came over from Coda, and it was just a secondary thought on how to share, act, and give permissions to things. It was so clunky, and I just felt sick trying to make it work. Do you know what I mean? They're advanced compared to Notion and stuff. So, you guys are night and day different. This is a huge element of why I can use Fibery for us, plus the size of databases. I think you guys are probably the best out there right now, which is awesome.

Top-Level Folders and Views – we have 23 spaces and counting, incredibly useful improvement!Honestly, every single improvement is something we’ve been waiting for. This is so awesome! I will never get over how impactful the WEEKLY releases to Fibery are compared to the glacial (and far less impactful) releases from our previous tool… cough cough Clickup cough

Initially, I used Trello to collaborate with clients but recently transitioned to Notion, a tool I’ve used intermittently for personal projects. While I appreciated Notion’s extreme flexibility and customizability, its confusing structure—where database items double as pages and folders—often created a messy and hard to manage tool. The turning point for me was realizing Notion’s lack of robust permissions and security settings for external collaborators, which is critical for managing multiple clients. We currently pay for Notion Plus with AI, but the AI functionality has been underwhelming and doesn’t justify the cost. As a result, we hope to replace and discontinue our Notion subscription and aim to fully migrate to Fibery within the next months. Fibery offers the structured, secure, and collaborative environment we need, making it the ideal replacement for Notion.

There were 52 weeks in 2024, and we shipped 51 releases. I think you should pat yourself, and the entire team, on the back. This is an incredible achievement. One of the best things about Fibery is that it feels it’s always improving.With Notion I had no idea what to expect and when. With Jira we had one LITERAL DECADE waiting for something simple such as sum up story points per epic.With Fibery, every Thursday is like a small Christmas present.

Fibery is an incredibly versatile tool, providing a wide range of possibilities that can sometimes seem complex. However, its user-friendly design makes navigation simple. When I first started using Notion, my creative mindset was a bit overwhelmed by the array of options, leaving me unsure of how to proceed.While basic tasks like document writing are straightforward, more complex tasks can pose a challenge. Yet, complexity is inherent to these tasks, it's to be expected. Despite this, the design of these tools often simplifies the process as much as possible.

Fibery is pretty amazing though. To my mind you guys have a gem there. I hope you keep developing at pace (it seems a bit on the slow side…?). I’m sure it’s going to explode at some point… please don’t give up the drive.

So we have a trust in the tool for sure. We feel like it's definitely a powerful thing to run the company processes, but also I think we are still on the learning curve, so it would be nice to hear any feedback. We're really in love with the tool. You are talking to the most adopters of the Fibery in our team but we see this adoption like kind of spreading throughout the team.I'd say a lot and we moved stuff from Notion and in comparison from what we had in Notion and we have now, I think this setup is even bigger than what we had in Notion, which is a good sign.

We want it to be the hub that helps us bring all the other specialist bits of software together to a central point, not to try and replace all of them. Having deeper and better existing integrations with Slack, Intercom, Zapier, GSuite and ability to connect to new key things like Xero, Esignatures, ChatGPT would allow us to achieve more of that ‘hub’ without having to use too many workarounds or fickle Zapier connections that are easily broken.

Sounds cool. This is very cool. I know, I love it to be honest. It seems like a very important part of how everything comes together. Certainly. You may consider using it as a testimonial, if that's suitable. This presents an excellent use case. I find myself increasingly drawn to this highlighting feature, as it embodies the essence of user experience. It's interesting to ponder how it got its name, but what's more fascinating is its underlying function. It serves as a bridge, navigating through the vast and sometimes chaotic expanse.

I first heard about your product approximately three to four years ago. Recently, as we encountered a specific process challenge, your product came to mind, which is why we're here. My wife previously used it in her role at a gaming company, which functioned like an agency, managing complex workflows among various third parties in a project management capacity. She was particularly impressed with the tool's customization options and the high quality of customer support. I recall her expressing her satisfaction at various points.

You are equipped to serve any industry, a quality that is particularly beneficial given our current client base of large brands with diverse product categories.For instance, the perfume sector differs significantly from ready-to-wear fashion. Unfortunately, in their current system of project and product management, our clients must segregate their operations based on their industry's unique characteristics. However, your agnostic approach allows you to assimilate various use cases from different industries, striving for coherence. I believe this is a significant strength.

Loving fibery by the way! I've been using it for my wife's small business and now I'm getting the marketing agency I work at to use it as well where there's some huge potential for us!

I know entity-level permissions are all "enterprisey" and not as much fun as some other features to work on and get over the line, so kudos to the Fibery team for designing something here that is both incredibly powerful and also pretty simple to use. It blows things like JIRA out of the water. We love it.We've finally made an applicant tracking system with Fibery that is actually more fit for purpose than any specialised ATS tool we've used so far. Amazing! It has enabled us to open up our candidate/interview tracking and boards to the company in the correct kind of way. We're really pleased with it.

I'm deeply impressed by the technical design of Fibery - you guys seem to make excellent trade-offs and design decisions, preferring to add more powerful & simple higher-level abstractions, rather than special-case features. It's hard to do this well: there are complex interactions between all the various abstractions/functionality, across both the front-end UX and back-end at once, and your team seems to do a fantastic job of this.

Standard project tools so often sit in isolated tables, boards and lists.Fibery does my task lists. It does my asset management. It does my knowledge management. It does my PKM. It even tracks my camping gear and Glastonbury festival lists. And all with connected between my information points.

Whiteboard refinements will almost always be my favourites, but lots of refinements are great like the filtering of Done items 🙂Your update posts are my highlight of Thursdays, I’m addicted. 🫣

Again constantly impressed by the output of this team. I feel like I’m getting to watch the software develop/evolve in real time. Love the iteration on the pinned views, more minimal compared to the previous design.

We've only been using Fibery for 2 days and already we're in love: we knew we were onto something good after exploring for only 5 minutes, and diving in more we've found it very easy to import from other systems and intuitively expand from there. We also appreciate your company's transparency and candid, fun attitude!

Is there anything Fibery CAN'T do? 😉 So far, everything we've thrown at it has been met with an easy, intuitive solution… and we're already thrilled at the responsiveness of your support team, so we know any questions we have in the future will be well taken care of.

You have made a lot of progress with whiteboards lately, and we started using it more. Even people who only use Miro are starting to use Fibery for whiteboarding.

I got sold by the same feeling but from reading the Fibery vs. articles. The openness in admitting that Fibery wasn’t perfect for every use case made a big difference.

I specially like that Fibery is a European company and your customer service is amazing. I've used Notion for 8 years and I'm very disappointed with their customer service and their lack of ethics (implementing 'dark patterns' in their UI and their approach to data privacy).

I’m enjoying it so far. Currently mapping out all the data I need based on my Airtable and processes then building out on Fibery. Very excited to see what we can do.

Fibery allows me to follow the whole lifecycle of product management, really. I can link everything the way I want, in 1 single app for the best overview of progress. I use it for ideation, user research insights, customer support feedback, strategy, roadmapping and so on.

Fibery is an incredible tool, it's a sandbox for data and ideas, and you get a similar satisfaction as with HyperCard or Access. It's core model is quite clever, and because it's so focused on connected knowledge, it's a very fertile ground for AI.

To me Fibery seems very fine-tuned, like really like the whole product makes complete sense. Like when you see other products, it's like a patchwork of product ideas. It's apparent that they just glued together some ideas and some needed, something that was needed by clients. But in Fibery, everything makes complete sense. Like everything is done in so well way. I found it on Friday and I could not stop working with Fibery the whole weekend. I simply, I was like, oh, this is really well designed. This makes complete sense. I'm simply amazed by every single thing. I'm amazed how it's really well designed and how smart is it? I can't even say how smart it is. I just, I kind of fall in love with Fibery, which is kind of all.

I just want to say that I was looking for an Airtable alternative, found Fibery, and you guys are friggin' awesome.

We became your clients - 5 people for a year. Anyway, Fibery was an easy-to-sell tool in-house, and it was immediately discussed why we need Notion and how we should move. Or sales Mini crm usecase etc... If we get the reference database stuff with filtering, many things will be possible - I can see the limitation now.

I have all my basic operations (CRM, Bookkeeping, Resources, Process, Content, Project Management, Internal Communications) on one software (Fibery). And everyday it seems more ridiculous that I ever had that spread our across 6 different softwares before.

Wish more companies would do stuff like this! One of the reasons why I've switched to it from Notion. It's not the sexiest but I like their approach and it's hackable as fuck

Fibery whiteboard is cool because it's data-driven. The team faced the issue of commands becoming obsolete when copied elsewhere. They used Miro for their work, but its lack of data-driven features was a problem. They considered another tool called Creately, but it was too buggy. They were waiting for a significant announcement from Miro, hoping for data-driven features. Miro's announcement was about AI features instead, leading them to choose Fibery for their needs.

The flexibility of the platform is what makes it really shine. The business logic that can be implemented with only a couple clicks is really impressive.

Fibery is very well-built for product management and product development. It has the capacity of linking all business and technical aspects of a product together, and streamlining a lot of otherwise disconnected processes.

Every product management tool has some limitations because is based on one methodic. Also you have to integrate more tools, when you need connection to your knowledge base, planning tool, task management etc.In Fibery you can create your own system with all aspects above.

The all-in tool for anyone who is building a company from scratch. Don't look further. You can have your whole company here: product, sales, marketing, people, etc. Not sure how long you can stretch it as complexity increases, but I have a feeling we can be using this for a long time as we grow.

We use Fibery quite unconventionally. For example, we maintain the content plan of our media and distribution across social networks (Instagram and Telegram) there. It's a good example of the flexibility and adaptability of Fibery!

Fibery is an extremely flexible tool, there is clearly a great work in the decision of which features to implement and how. I think they get right the "tool for everything but not configurable by everyone". With a basic understanding of JS it is possible to script all the process that can't be done with the UI features in a simple manner.

Opening up Fibery, in my finely-crafted workspace, where everything is just how I want it (without having to deal with other software's "opinions" on what's "correct") just gives me a little dopamine hit. It feels like I'm cooking in my own kitchen, instead of my neighbor's.

Fibery is almost more of an "OS" for your business, as you can really do a lot with automations and connections to external services. I've got some funky PHP scripts that do stuff like add Clients to Fibery when they get added to our invoicing platform, etc. As a developer, it's really fun to play around with...And it's fast as hell

We hope they get more attention from global users. They are much better than competitors.

Fibery is an incredibly powerful tool you can mold into any data-driven tool you need, and it's constantly improving and evolving itself.

Its total flexiblity to map all our business processes. Before Fibery, we used 37 tools internally, without any data integration. With Fibery we could eliminate 27 of them and gain total control of all our data. No need for Zapier or similar anymore.

The customer support is without a doubt the best I've ever encountered. They really live by the way Zappos way of life here.

We have just switched to Fibery from Coda and are enjoying it handling our 5K plus records' datasets, which became impossible with Coda. My team had a very easy transition and I was not met with any pushback that I am accustomed to when new product is introduced. Fibery exposes javascript to any automation or a button, making it possible to connect it with any API endpoints and bring to life any required actions and automations needed for your business setup. I am just discovering Highlights for our team, as we are still in early stages of creating our product. But I do think for any company that sells a product or a service, having an ability to analyze customer feedback is essential, I, therefore am looking forward to using all the new features of Fibery 2.0 as we start collecting customer feedback and various metrics. So far I am super impressed with Fibery, and this is considering that I have been through A LOT of project management / organizational systems, starting from Base Camp way back when, Airtable, Podio, Notion, Coda 🙂

I researched about 30 different tools for our company because what we were using just wasn't cutting it. I was about to give up when I came across fibery in some random reddit post. I am so glad I decided to try just one more. It blew my mind, it's like someone took my dream ideas for the perfect software and made them reality.

Fibery allows one to build any workflow they can imagine. Its in-built "primitive building blocks" are very well thought out and intuitive. Many "oh that's clever" moments.

This tool is the best. It takes some time to learn it, but honestly you will be rewarded.

Fibery is king. It has some small quirks here and there, but you actually have to ask what you can't do, in regards of task-, time-, document-, project management, whiteboarding and what not... this is so, so good!

I think Fibery is a pretty incredible tool for those that need the flexibility and interconnectedness of information. Quite honestly I think a lot of more advanced Notion users would be better off with Fibery, for example.

They're a fast-moving, open, experimental, and fun team with generally weekly releases that have tangible improvements each time, unlike many other comparable tools/teams. Not only that but when they develop a feature they seem to think about it much more thoroughly and creatively than many other product teams.

The few minor bugs I've encountered were acknolwedged and fixed very quickly, usually within a day!

Consoldating essential organizational information from various sprawling spreadsheets into a single trusted system.

2 week trial over and it was an instant upgrade for me. I’ve been trying to figure out how to manage my tasks and projects in a way that works for *my* brain forever, and so far it looks like Todoist x Fibery via Zapier is the way. This way I get to quickly capture tasks with Todoist and then use Fibery to manage my days and workload so I work on what’s important and don’t forget about everything else, which is a very me thing to do I’ve used it for about 10 days now (with some tweaks along the way of course) and I am totally sold on the product and the team. Fibery 100% needs more attention. Will continue to use this system for a while and report back in more detail later :)

Their databases, relations, and views by far the most powerful in the market and apps like Notion and ClickUp can't stand a chance!

I use Fibery to run a small business coaching business. Track hours Track meetings Track customer tasks Track customer meetings Track my invoices. I know where all my time goes, and to whom, and how much I get paid for each hour. All built from scratch with Fibery. Yowsa!

I loved ProductBoard for a long time, out-of-the-box - "easy" to implement, but after a few weeks/months it turned out to be very hard to use and scale, very basic in what it does, and had zero flexibility - but by then, it's too late to see this because migration would be costly. We are so happy with Fibery now.

Fibery is like a Swiss Army Knife, it will fit your use cases and adapt to your company needs instead of the other way around.

The last thing that I love about the tool is how open the team is; they always share what they are working on, if something is not planned in the short term, and answer all your questions.

Fibery's flexibility and powerful features make it a superior alternative to tools like ClickUp or Jira.

If you're looking for an all-in-one solution that can adapt to your unique needs and scale with your team, I highly recommend giving Fibery a try.

It truly gets that the tool should fit the team not the other way around, and it won't punish you for changing how you work later.

This is the first time I feel there's software to support my entire job, as a product manager and now product leader.

Fibery seems to be a great company – they are very transparent about what they're doing, opinionated about the direction of the product but responsive to feedback.

One of the best things that I like about Fibery is the Consolidated Workspace. It's an awesome unique area on which we can easily manage the products or projects that we develop. All tool and APIs can be brought together in this space.

We use Fibery to run several aspects of the business (Product, Software Development, Research, Vacation Scheduling). We are big fans!

Fibery is a great solution to integrate all team processes into one workspace. We've started using it the past couple months and nothing has been as great as this.

We were no longer forced to use the Atlassian toolstack, and we needed a modern, powerful and flexible application to take the place of Jira and Confluence.

Automations worked like a charm Give my kudos to the dev team who implemented it. I used the Jira automations a lot which are fairly solid and the Fibery automations are much better

Yeah, I'm really enjoying it. I think it's incredibly powerful. I'm currently trying to reconcile how it fits within our org as our main ERP software is Odoo. So I'm thinking Fibery is perfect for documentation and building peripheral tools/views/reporting + fun automations/CX stuff

Our trial is continuing to progress well. We’ve been playing with Custom Access Templates – I’m very impressed, this is usually a difficult area for us. I really like the design.

This is definitely the dream. I have been surprisingly impressed with the AI help on website host Siteground, FWIW. They appear to possibly be using Cypress AI. Totally different system than Fibery of course, but possibly an example of something similar in action, in terms of providing actually effective, contextual help based on a large corpus of proprietary data/knowledge.

I have to use Miro to understand what is happening in Productboard. Their views are useless and cannot be configured, but I cannot add any database-related fields or relations. What you showed me is simply mind-blowing.

Aaaah super exciting new stuff!! Its crazy how much there is to this update, even though there were still updates every week. We were told to keep expectations low, just so that we’ll be blown away! Even some stuff that I feel was just glossed over: Display as Compact List for to-many relationships + the ability to move them to the right/top!

As a product manager, I appreciate its flexibility and the way it seamlessly integrates various aspects of our work into one cohesive system. Unlike other rigid tools - we used ProductBoard before - Fibery allows us to customize our workspace to fit our unique processes, which has significantly improved our efficiency. We can create tailored databases, link related items, and automate repetitive tasks, all within a single platform. This customization means that we are not forced to adapt our processes to fit the tool; instead, the tool adapts to fit us.

Your software is a miracle. I basically was able to build out the software that I was envisioning for years, that I spent over 200 hours on 6 months ago and still didn't get close. Fibery is gonna change my life.

FWIW, I've evaluated most of the apps in the work (project, task) management market (I have an analysis portfolio of 40+ products). Fibery is so far ahead of everyone else in the workgroup productivity market and I haven't been able to fighure out why you don't own it. Users are intensely dis-satisfied with Clickup and similar products, bc they are so poorly designed. I've worked in the sw sector for 40 years and Fibery is the one of the most elegant and extesnible apps I've seen in a long time.... It just needs to be a little more accessible 😀

AI in formulas is unbelievable!It should be on every podcast, this is the greatest feature I've ever seen. I want to go to the conference that you charged me for to teach me how to build this. Like, that's how valuable this tool is.

One of my side roles is Director of Training & Education for a non-profit. They use Notion for everything. I've built out a whole lot of structure and have been using it to support the organization.All I can say is that when it comes to the UI, Fibery is leaps and bounds ahead of the game. The more I use Notion, the more I appreciate Fibery.

In the end it turned out to be one of the best platforms, if not the best. Offering flexible workspace settings and interactions between data. Extensive possibilities for working with the fields. Interaction between databases with minimal effort.

Custom access templates (experimental) Holy freaking freak - I have never seen this kind of ability in any software before, and it is one of the craziest things I have ever seen. You guys are awesome. You’re doing the things other companies promised but never delivered on.

Been so busy lately and haven't gotten to follow blog and explore Fibery lately. I come back and check changelogs, and holy heck, those are some insanely cool updates 😍 I keep realizing how good of a decision it was to start using it and recommend it to others

I think the foundation of your system, it's generic approach, is perfect. I think the challenge now is to use it and build convenient solutions on top of it. Some things seem just a bit awkward (subtasks, workflows, ...) at this point. But that's to be expected. Honestly, your system is the only one I know of that has the "correct" (in my mind) fundamental approach to any such system, which is very cool.

I'm really appreciate all the changes and updates release every single weeks, you dont know how happy I have to run fast to come home to see the new features release every thursday nights. But really I'm confused about the prioritization of choose features to implement, which means some features can be really game changer for individually. Like last week I'm looking for Reference 2.0 and then all focus 's on Comments and thread functions.

And I think in the product development space, there's nothing else like it. And I do think that what I have loved about it from the beginning, or why I was originally attracted to it, because as a product person, I would always see the disconnect between when you're making structured planning documents, right, a roadmap, or you're developing a hierarchy of like, here are, you know, the product areas and how they fit together. But then you need to write a spec. And that will live like a Google Doc or some other system. And having to do double bookkeeping or link things between the systems is frustrating.

Certainly there is more upfront effort to be put in Fibery compared to Clickup, but it's worth and you can create relations between "things" as you want.

We found Fibery as an ideal solution for resource accounting, finances, and team task management. It's customizable structure and intuitive interface allow you to efficiently track resources, manage finances, and organize tasks.

I have praised Fibery for its flexibility and the speed at which they can develop and modify their database structure. The platform offers a visual and intuitive way to create custom data types, fields, and relationships, allowing users to quickly adapt their workflows to changing requirements. The ability to define custom relationships between entities and establish complex connections. I found it easy to model intricate data structures and evolve their database schemas over time.

It takes some time to get things all connected to each other, but once its rolling, its a great system.

I've long looked for a tool that provided me with the opportunity to link both structured (tables) and unstructured (markdown) data as a team knowledge base, wiki, and project management space. I can say thatwith Fibery I've found it.

Fibery is the only software that can handle all my ideas. I have everything in one tool. And because of that, I can connect everything together. CRM, Personal Knowledge Management (Second Brain), Project Management, Data Dashboards, Automations... the possibilities are endless because of their framework.

The flexibility of Fibery, visual and structural – is our favorite mega feature.We can only see and use what we really need. It applies to everything: from spaces and views, to view filters and cards shown on each view. This is important both at the start when you want to set everything up exactly as you need it, and during the company’s growth when new needs appear, changes are inevitable (= processes complications, in most cases) and new processes need to be integrated with existing entities and data.

We don't use any other task management tools in the company. This is important and convenient for a startup. I've switched to Fibery around 2 years ago and have been loving every day of it! We built our virtual office on Fibery and already 3 years we have worked together without any offline office, everything in Fibery.

So I've been using Fibery for about 3 years already. The whole work of my business is organized within fibery: 1) User research, interviews - very convenient feature "link text to entity" allows you to easily tag transcripts of user interviews by linking insights and tasks. I also use whiteboards for mindmapping.
2) Project management and development - user friendly tools to manage development, easy to prioritize backlog and work with tasks.
3) Content production management - thanks to flexible customization you can organize any process. Also due to the separation of roles, you can easily give one employee access to only one part, such as content creation only.
4) Knowledge base and documentation - I keep all business documentation - product requirements, results of experiments, guidlines, etc. in the fibery.
5) Hiring. Forms feature (like google forms) came out recently. Already using it to hire employees, applications go directly to fibery database.
6) Automation - you can trigger actions like sending emails right from the fibery, so you can use it like CRM and automate many processes of your business.

Overall it's a great product. I compared it few times with [ref] when been launching new projects, but every time choose fibery.

We moved product development, project management, marketing, CRM, and even 80%+ of our accounting to Fibery and we've never been happier. I wholeheartedly recommend it! Not only did Fibery allow us to consolidate a lot of different things into a single product (aka single cost!), they were generous enough to give us a whole free year. I stopped even looking for different tools for specific tasks or problems most of the time, as I know I can build it in Fibery and it will live on one ecosystem connected to all my other data. I’m not sure how much money we are saving because of that, probably a lot. I know for sure that it saves a lot of my mental health working with all of our data in one system.

I love keeping the information together linked, with ability to pull data from entities with relations. I just want to add everything to fibery and see the magic happen. I love the feeling that somebody asks if we can track that or add this information or simulate this process - and I’m pretty surely can unswer “yes”, and even more important I can build and temp solution in matter of MINUTES.

Reports are great. You kinda need to get used to them for complex cases and set up your fields and entities properly, but when you do you can get so much information from your data.

I am also in construction (and a bit of a geek also) and I’m building a system in Fibery to manage an entire department. Having tried all the alternatives, I am loving Fibery.Fibery has almost unlimited potential when it comes to managing a construction and I have been able to replicate a lot or systems with Fibery.

We’ve been using Fibery for about a year now. We started to use Fibery as a CRM. Then Fibery successfully replaced [ref] and we started to use it to manage our Software Development tasks. Then we also brought some other processes, like Ideation and Meetings, into Fibery.

I managed to set up CRM, Sprints and Milestones, and a bunch of other processes that I've never thought of before. The flexibility of Project Management is great thanks to custom domain and relations!I noticed that processes and our team communication are getting smoother when we use Fibery and that we've reduced the number of tools in our Project Management stack.

Fibery makes the complex simple in many cases and we've made it do some unholy things that I am sure we will regret later, always the sign of a good tool!

Fibery is a great collaboration tool that combines the best of google docs, diagram apps, flow chart apps, referential databases, to-do lists, and other tools that are critical to the product development process. We have used it for product roadmap, crypto project management, and other software projects. In many cases it replaces much more expensive and complex software and has created a much smoother workflow for our geographically dispersed team that has varying skillsets in tools like [ref] and [ref].

The team behind it is also fantastic. They communicate constantly, are open when things go wrong, have a great sense of humor, and support/enhance their product with passion.

We have also used it as a content management tool for a game we built. The API allows for content authors to seamlessly integrate with backend game systems and infrastructure. Huge time saver!

I have found it to be an extremely flexible and powerful tool, once I got my head around it I've found it seeping into every aspect of our process. Whenever we need to experiment with process iterations or new workflows, Fibery is our first port of call.

Even though I have ideas for some specific features, the Fibery team has proven several times they have a clear direction towards which they steer their product, and they surprise me with things I didn't know I needed until I saw them and better solutions than I could've envisioned. I dislike I'm not future me and I cannot use features from the future now! 😀

I came across Fibery (can’t recall how, I’m afraid!) and had a play, and was instantly in love with the simple flexibility — just enough structure to give you rails but allows you to explore and experiment easily without spending hours setting things up. I’m a process experimenter, and we love iteration and continuous improvement internally, so Fibery gives us the flexibility to easily play without getting bogged down. In previous lives I have used a variety of tools and found them often to be too opinionated, too narrowly defined, or with clunky UI/UX. We use Fibery to replace a classic post-it developer wall, [ref], [ref], and Trello-style tools.

I have a small company and use Fibery to manage my clients, projects, invoices and received payments. It is much more dynamic than excel spreadsheets, much more flexible than small dedicated SAAS that cover only one purpose, and much less expensive than ERPs... I love it!

The ability to visualize everything from different points of view brings me many insights every week, helps to separate the important things and focus then. All business management stuff. Strategy, customer discovery, clients relationships, business intelligence, product management, project development management, human resources, etc. You can create a comprehensive business suite on Fibery.

Thanks to its flexible working model, it makes in-house communication and documentation quite easy. It has a lively structure in terms of new features, it is constantly improving itself. It is a leading product in market in terms of responding to customer needs.

No code interface that let you setup your workspace the way you want. You don't need to use multiple solutions for communication/HR/Whiteboard/project management, etc. Everything is connected in one place.

Being able to construct flexible databases with straightforward relationships is very useful. It may not look it at first, but Fibery is a deceptively sophisticated tool hidden behind a clean, pleasing interface. I think their UX people did a good job of making it feel accessible and easy.

I had tried [ref], [ref], and a bunch of other similar tools, but the problem always was that it felt like a system built by others. With Fibery, it feels like the opposite. I build the system, and it just provides an interface to work with my data.

Last, but definitely not least, their support is just plain awesome! It is a joy to not only talk to a real person at a moment's notice but to have them give you meaningful help is very useful

I initially moved our high-level planning into Fibery so I could have a space to organize my thoughts and transform them into a concise roadmap for our software. But the more I used Fibery, the more ideas I had on moving other things and giving them their own "systems". The linking between different data sets proved to be VERY helpful. I'm a data-nerd so I love this stuff, but the UX was so cool and clean that others on the team saw it and wanted it too which was a first. So we ended up moving all our marketing, basic accounts, and a bunch of other things. We're now even moving our Documentation/Manual writing into Fibery and will build a small tool with their API to pull that data and compile it.

Here's my bottom line: as a small business, we started building our own tools because buying 10 different SaaS subscriptions a month for multiple users is too much for us. Also, every SaaS didn't exactly do what we wanted. We had to force our data to work within THEIR system. And pay for it. With Fibery, I was able to move more than half of those custom tools into a single one. Paying that single fee is a LOT more affordable. Not having to maintain our own small tools is an added bonus.

Fibery is amazingly flexible. If you know what you're doing and can imagine yourself writing a spec for relational database to implement it, you will configure the thing in just a couple clicks to be a readymade app for your thing. If you don't, you have enough presets to replace many apps out there with Fibery.

Custom domain. It’s easy to define and modify any database at any time to map your business processes in various ways depending on your team’s expectations and needs.

Rather than any single feature, it’s more the holistic aspect that makes me reach for it — I have a new process, project, or prototyping to do, I can spin something up really quickly to keep on top of it. For two recent examples, we have been implementing ISO27k information security standards and it took me all of 20 minutes to build a risk assessment tracker, and we also had a complex onboarding of a client that required tracking several hundred assets through a fairly involved onboarding process which we ended up tracking entirely in Fibery.

We switched to Fibery from [ref]. We were looking for a tool that allows us to manage our software development process and also other activities like ideation, product management, design, marketing, and sales. Also, we needed more flexibility and better usability. We chose Fibery over Jira even though we were Jira users for like 10 years.

Before Fibery we were using Jira/Confluence as our Development & Product Management tools. I don’t like them, especially Confluence which I think is a pain to use but they have a pretty generous (ie free) offer for small teams that is hard to beat. Then I realized that life was too short to work with tools you don’t like, tested Fibery and we benefited from the “free for 1 year” startup offer.

[Whiteboard] looks absolutely great - using an extension to link it to the Project - wow! Every Project they Brainstorm in Miro so keeping it in one place is awesome. Also, ability to put real cards and convert them is just awesome

[Automations] super powerful. Some processes are pretty similar, so ability to automate and use relations - smth was missing in Notion (generating tasks based on the State, auto-assignment and etc.)

I just wanted to say that I'm really happy with the scriptable buttons. They might not be a really new feature, but I really like them. They feel polished and are really easy to work with as a developer.

It provides a visual overview of data connexions and powerful views of these data as table, hierarchical lists, kanban, calendar, charts, timeline. These views are very well designed to allow advanced features and easy customizing.Not only that, but for a young product with advanced features, it is already relatively stable, very usable, and pleasant to use. The power of Fibery is to “grow” your unique system as your needs grow. Coming from a systems engineering background, I like to plan the system up front to some extent in order to have a “Designed for but not yet fitted with” system that is scalable by design.
