Sprint plan roadmap template guide

The template consists of 3 databases: Sprint, Story, and Task. It's pre-populated with the most common fields and configuration, including the sprint capacity, start date, and end date.

By default, the sprint roadmap shows the sprints on the x-axis and the total effort of all tasks on the y-axis. It's a good idea to keep an eye on the effort - the total effort should not exceed the sprint capacity.

You can also use the table view to see tasks, stories, and sprints in a table format.

Plan your sprint and see the big picture

The goal of the sprint plan roadmap is to help you plan your sprints and see the big picture. You can either create a new sprint or duplicate the existing one, then add stories and tasks to it.

📊 The sprint roadmap shows you the capacity for each sprint, the sprint goal, and the total effort for each sprint. You can also see if the sprint has started or ended, and how many stories are in progress.

Plan the tasks and track the sprint progress

The sprint plan roadmap doesn't show tasks, but you can see tasks in the table view. You can easily add tasks to the story and track the state of each task.

🗓 The table view includes tasks from all stories and sprints, but you can easily filter them out by sprint.

👌 Use the "My tasks" view to see the tasks assigned to you. You can also create views and make any other changes to the template. Go to the database to do that.
