Why use the Product Management template?

How can you hit product launch deadlines, prioritize, and see features updates all in one place? With a product management template.

  • Create, share, and update your product vision, product roadmap, and product backlog in one place. Don't waste time and energy switching between tools and copy-pasting information from docs to spreadsheets.

  • Make sure all stakeholders are on the same page and can see the product goals and roadmap the way they need to. Shift deadlines, re-adjust priorities and make changes to your agile plan effortlessly while keeping every team member informed and updated.

  • Bridge the gap between goals and features and connect your big ideas to the real work your team is doing.

  • Make the prioritization process simpler. Features prioritization is one of the hardest problems in product management. But the good news is prioritization is very powerful in Fibery ā€” you have no limits and can create custom scoring formulas (or just use the pre-built ones).

What can the Fibery Product Management template do?

Plan and manage your product roadmaps and launches (and all the work it takes to bring them to life).

  • Track Product Development of multiple products using Epics and Features.

  • Create and maintain Product Roadmaps. Plan features on a timeline or on a simple now-next-later board. Group by goal, team, or product.

  • Prioritize Features using RICE, WSJF, MoSCoW, or your own custom scoring formulas.

  • Link work management and track Features progress. See if outputs correlate with outcomes.

Fibery is a connected workspace for teams. It brings together all kinds of processes that go into creating and growing awesome products, including not only the Product management one. To get the bigger picture, link Features to Customer feedback and Software development templates, and upgrade the workspace with OKRs, and Issue Tracking.

Can I customize this Product Management template?

100%! šŸ˜Ž Fibery is a fully adaptable no-code tool, so you can completely tailor everything (including the product management process) to your needs. Fibery product strategy template is flexible, unlike standard product planning software or other product management tools.

We bet you will not use a pre-made template as it is, as you'd want your tool to naturally reflect the way you work. Take the template as a base and then tailor it to your team: remove what you don't need and add what is missing.

Who is this Product Development process template for?

It will be useful for a product manager or product management team, as well as development, marketing, customer success teams, the rest of the company, and external stakeholders.

Both small and medium product companies will be able to make the most of it at every stage of the product life cycle.

How to use the Fibery Product Management template?

The Product Development template is a basic way to manage your products. It consists of Products, Epics, and Features Databases.

These 3 Databases can be visualized as you want with boards, lists, timelines, tables, and more. From the start, you have a pre-made Active Products table, Epic dashboard, Feature backlog table, Feature dashboard, Feature roadmap timeline, and more.

  1. Add new Products to the Products board.

  2. Add some Epics to the Epic board.

  3. Plan on a simplified Gantt chart using the Feature Roadmap timeline. Further sort your features by RICE score, impact, or effort.

  4. Switch to Feature Backlog table to store everyone's ideas, plan epics, and prioritize tasks. Filter by epic, reach, or state. Sort by impact, RICE Score or reach to keep the most important features at the top of the list.

  5. Switch to Feature board to easily track progress for each Feature. Expand feature to see all the connected data: descriptions, files, comments, assignees, reach, impact, confidence, efforts, and more.
